      Orawan Weeks

      Kindergarten Assistant
I have been working in early education for over 12  years. I love to see the children grow and learn in a happy environment and believe that early childhood educators have one of the most important jobs—preparing children for the world of learning. I also believe play should be fun, exciting, spontaneous, hands-on, stimulating, relaxing, comforting and challenging.  All children should be given an opportunity to learn from their decisions, including the opportunity to make their own choices, but always within the confines of a safe environment for the safety and well being of themselves and others. My role as an educator is to help children reflect on their actions and make appropriate choices and I always strive to influence children by encouraging them to try to empathise with others. Orawan works with us Monday to Thursday.
