Tailored Service Mentoring

Visit during service operation hours focused on observing child-educator interactions and behaviour guidance style. Tailored recommendations and optional coaching are provided with the goal of increasing teachers and educators ability to create a strong sense of security and belonging.

Respond to behaviour with strategies that promote coregulation, develop social and emotional capability, promote communication and negotiation skills, foster respectful and equitable relationships, engagement, and inclusion.

The mentoring program provides insightful reflective practice which leads to confident and professional decision making around children’s emotional and social wellbeing, resulting in positive relationships, the cornerstone for successful early childhood learning.
