  • Providing research-based information on attachment theory, relationships, brain functioning and development.
  • Increasing teachers and educators’ ability to maintain a sense of safety and connection in all interactions with children.

  • Providing research-based information to interpret children’s behaviour.
  • Providing group and individual guidance strategies that foster emotional literacy, regulation of emotions, and promote children’s social and emotional competence during normal daily activities and routines.
  • Providing strategies and play-based tools which can become part of classroom curriculum and be taught to children, aimed at fostering emotional competence, social interpersonal skills, and cognitive regulation.

Our Approach

All these components contribute to creating an approach that supports children to develop confidence through feeling respected and valued. Children develop a strong sense of security and belonging at Kindergarten.

They are freed from negative behavioural loops, can develop social emotional competence, and learn to think and respond to situations and challenges using communication and negotiation skills, making connections to different points of view.

The sense of strong security and belonging, the attention to individual needs and the wide variety of guidance tools and strategies support access and inclusion.

The program is organised in 6 modules available on an online platform, designed to be completed individually by educators in 30 to 60 minutes.

Every module is followed by a 30-minute individual coaching session to clarify doubts, promote reflection on practice and reinforce learning and application of strategies.
