Information is general
Content on this site — including our blog and parenting articles — is general information for families, not individual professional advice. It is not medical, developmental or legal advice, and it doesn’t replace guidance from your GP, paediatrician, child health nurse or another qualified professional who knows your child.
Fees and availability
Fees, funding information, program details and vacancy information are current at the time of publication and may change. Government subsidy amounts depend on your family circumstances and are determined by Services Australia, not by us. Nothing on this site is an offer of a place; places are confirmed in writing.
Enrolment terms
Enrolment is governed by our enrolment agreement and centre policies, which are provided when a place is offered. Those documents prevail over anything on this website if there is any inconsistency.
Forms and messages
Please don’t send sensitive medical or financial details through the website forms. Website messages are not monitored outside centre hours — for anything urgent about a child in our care, call 0413 307 933. Submitting a form does not create an enrolment or hold a place.
Intellectual property
All text, photographs, logos and design on this site belong to Rachel’s Place unless otherwise credited. Please don’t reproduce them — especially photographs of children — without our written permission. Accreditation logos remain the property of their respective owners.
